Part two — The Legacy
new in 1.4 · God of War onlyThe Legacy starts where the first quest ends. It uses the two items that, until version 1.4, did nothing at all anywhere in the map.
Find water by mining
The Water drops from mining at 1%, and only in three regions of the map. It appears once per game : as soon as someone finds it, nobody else can.Wet the acorn
With the Water and one acorn together in the inventory, the two become the Chestnut.Order matters. Picking up an acorn while carrying the Water fires two recipes at once. Make the Chestnut first, with one acorn only, and collect the other two afterwards.
Kill the demon boss
He always drops the Demon Flesh — 100%. He is the boss of the round that pays 300 gold. Since 1.4 that round’s sibling boss drops it too, so the planet choice no longer costs you the item.Carry both as God of War
